Qualifications:Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a results-focused role
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:Â
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments with a direct revenue tie to marketing
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and attribution models
