POSITION SUMMARY: Completes deliveries and pick-up of parts and materials as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Other duties may be assigned:

  1. Sort transfers as requested by Parts Manager.
  2. Assist the parts counter when needed.
  3. Ensure all paperwork is done accurately, timely and efficiently.
  4. Clean and maintain vehicle used for deliveries.
  5. Wash and clean machinery as assigned.
  6. Assists in maintaining shop area in an organized and clean manner.
  7. Communicate vendor or customer requests and concerns to management.
  8. Responsible for the upkeep of the facility location, including mowing, spraying, and general upkeep.
  9. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote a positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Education/Experience: Should be able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision and be able to understand and carryout oral and written directions.   • Ability to get around the dealership and grounds for various tasks.
  • The employee would normally lift or move 10 lbs., frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lifts or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to tolerate up and down movement with bending or stooping including reaching above and below shoulder height with arms and hands.
  • Ability to be on ones feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must meet health assessment requirements.
