Aldersgate At Home Operations Manager
This position will oversee daily operations and service delivery; ensure that all client care services are delivered in accordance with agency standards, state regulations, and individual care plans; this includes managing scheduling, coordinating caregiver assignments, and resolving service issues promptly; staff management and development; recruit, train, and supervise administrative and caregiving staff; provide ongoing support, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements; compliance and Quality Assurance:
Monitor agency operations for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and respond to client feedback to maintain high standards of care.
