Lead Generation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of outside lead generators
• Build and manage weekly schedules and field assignments
• Motivate and coach the team to meet or exceed lead goals
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable
• Track lead quality and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist in the field as needed to support and guide the team
• Represent the DiGiorgi brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in in-store lead generation, door-to-door marketing, canvassing, or outside sales
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Organized and able to manage schedules and performance metrics
• Willingness to work in the field and lead by example
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
