Production Supervisor

Location: Cartersville GA
Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, some Fridays required, Saturdays as needed

As a Production Supervisor you will lead a team of assembly technicians to hit output targets, ensure quality, and create a safe and efficient work environment. You are hands on, solutions focused, and motivated by seeing your team succeed.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate daily operations in assigned production departments to meet output and quality goals
- Train, coach, and cross train team members on procedures, safety, and continuous improvement
- Monitor team performance and proactively address bottlenecks, quality concerns, or staffing needs
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve issues and keep the line moving
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, give feedback, and support team growth
- Analyze production data, complete reports, and track KPIs
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required, technical training or certifications a plus
- Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Two or more years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation
- Clear communicator, confident decision maker, and effective problem solver
- A hands on leader who gets results and builds strong teams
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to twenty five pounds
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity required
