Position Summary:  Responsible for locating suitable apartments within the community and coordinating with the lease administrator to ensure a smooth leasing process.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research on available apartments within the community, considering factors such as location, price, amenities, and suitability for potential tenants.
2. Collaborate with programs to understand their specific requirements and preferences in order to find the most suitable apartment options.
3. Schedule and conduct apartment viewings with programs, providing them with detailed information about the property and answering any questions they may have.
4. Coordinate with the lease administrator to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Will be the liaison between programs and the lease administrator, facilitating effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the leasing process.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local housing regulations, market trends, and available rental properties within the community.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to programs, ensuring their needs are met throughout the leasing process and addressing any post-lease inquiries or concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or property management is a plus.
• A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Proven experience in apartment searching, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local housing market trends, rental regulations, and community amenities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the establishment of strong connections with potential tenants and efficient collaboration with the lease administrator.
• Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using technology and online platforms for apartment searching and documentation management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as needed, to accommodate potential tenants' schedules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
