Position Summary: To provide clinical supervision to team members who are part of interdisciplinary team of mental and addiction clinicsEssential Accountabilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team members to assure effective and appropriate clinical services are being provided.
- manage day to day operations of clinic.
- Provide direct care services by carrying caseload, perform intakes and facilitating individual and group sessions.
- Assist in leading team meetings to review new, high risk and current cases.
- Monitor paperwork to assure OMH and OASAS guidelines are being met.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Coordinate care with other services/agencies.
- Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.
- Maintain 42CFR, HIPPA and HIV confidentiality on all current and former patients of the agency.
- Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses.
- Attend agency mandated trainings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Program Director
