Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC

Overview:
As a Northeast Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for leading sales operations across the northeastern United States, driving growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team leadership. This role involves managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing regional sales strategies, and overseeing a team of sales representatives to ensure revenue targets are met. The manager acts as a critical link between Camco and its distributors, retailers, and partners, ensuring that products are effectively marketed and supported. Success in this position requires strong leadership, market insight, and the ability to build lasting relationships in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Camco’s market presence in the territory.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Represent Camco at trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of territory sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in the RV Industry, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
