MPOWER Physical Therapy uses a multi-disciplinary approach that includes orthopedics, physical & occupational therapy, personal training, massage therapy, and nutrition services to provide our patients & clients with great resources to help them reach their optimal level of wellness.
 The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) role at MPOWER Physical Therapy is designed for individuals who value long-term stability, ease of access to referrals, and organic collaboration. LMTs work with physical therapists and personal trainers to provide safe, medically supervised, and collaborative massage therapy to our clients & patients. Part-time LMTs (>20 hours/week) can receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, licensure reimbursement, and more.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understand, implement, and uphold the MPOWER model
- Evaluate, treat clients, and complete documentation in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a set number of massage hours per week set by MPOWER management
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the facility (including availability for all team and individual meetings) and a minimum of 20 weekly hours
- Integrate other MPOWER services into client care including physical therapy, personal training, nutrition, and collaboration with these and any other referring providers
- Communicate with physical therapists and other referral sources regarding the treatment and progress of their patients and clients
- Manage administrative tasks consistently including but not limited to ensuring all client sessions are paid for and checked out and check company email daily
- Manage, track, and follow up with clients after each massage to ensure retainment of clients
- Keep accurate record of massage hours via MPOWER’s administrative software daily; PRN massage therapists will be compensated for massage, room flip, and meeting time only
- Play an active role in recruitment and training as needed
- Submit accurate and timely tip reporting
- Communicate time off at least one month in advance and ensure all clients are scheduled to work with other massage therapists
