Position Overview

As a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy. This is a high-energy, people-focused role where success comes from persistence, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in designated territories through door-to-door outreach.

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy.

• Schedule consultations and collect necessary customer information for follow-up.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

• Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience preferred (but not required — training provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in face-to-face interactions.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation to cover assigned territories.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus.
