Job Summary:

As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position includes responsibilities in cashiering, cooking, food prep, and general restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Cashiering:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently.
  • Assemble and package orders quickly and correctly.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

  • Prepare A&W menu items following company recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food warmers.
  • Ensure proper portioning and food presentation.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Restaurant Operations & Maintenance:

  • Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
  • Restock supplies, ingredients, and condiments as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.

Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience necessary - training provided
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
