Job Summary:
As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position includes responsibilities in cashiering, cooking, food prep, and general restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Cashiering:
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently.
- Assemble and package orders quickly and correctly.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Food Preparation & Cooking:
- Prepare A&W menu items following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food warmers.
- Ensure proper portioning and food presentation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Restaurant Operations & Maintenance:
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and condiments as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues.
