Employee Benefits Operations Associate

TI-Trust, Inc., located in Quincy, Illinois is an Illinois trust company specializing in providing a variety of services to personal trust, farm services, and employee benefit clients, managing over 19 billion dollars in assets. This position is involved in assisting TI-Trust’s Employee Benefits business unit with support to trust administration.

Compensation for this position includes a base rate of $17.00 - $25.00 per hour and may vary based on the applicant’s job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and other factors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learning and using the trust administration system for retirement plan services.
• Provide essential operational support to Account Administrators and Trust Officers, such as duties concerning loan payments, new account opening process, proxy tabulations, etc.
• Utilize and update vendor and client information in system.
• Assist in preparing documents for electronic signature to clients and vendors
• Assist in scheduling meetings for various teams within the department
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: 

• Experience in finance, accounting, insurance, or similar industry/role preferred, but not required;

Other Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented and organized along with very good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be experienced in using Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn other computer applications.
• Must be assertive, goal oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
