Junior AI Innovation Engineer

Job Purpose:
- The Junior AI Innovation Engineer at UNIFY ENERGY SOLUTIONS LLC will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. This role involves leveraging AI technologies to optimize energy systems, improve operational processes, and contribute to the company's mission of delivering innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to improve energy management and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration in existing and new energy solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and tools to support the company's energy solutions portfolio.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.
- Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the continuous improvement of AI processes and methodologies within the organization.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience working with energy solutions or in a similar industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Ability to design and implement innovative AI solutions to enhance energy systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to practical applications.
