The Executive Trainer is a dynamic individual who combines a successful and in depth training background with demonstrated strengths in hospitality, public speaking, relationship building and delivery of an exceptional learning and development product for Forbes Travel Guide. This role requires executing contracted hotel, restaurant and spa training to properties around the globe; a considerable working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and Star Rated properties; acting as a representative and ambassador of Forbes Travel Guide at all times; and enhancing and creating additional resources for the Learning and Development training library. The Executive Trainer will also assist with creating programs for clients, as well as continued enhancement of Learning and Development offerings.

Responsibilities
- Perform a defined number of training sessions to hospitality and service industry clients around the globe
- Conduct classroom training to departmental groups within each client property to represent and interpret the Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotel, restaurant, spa and ocean cruise ratings
- Communicate both internally and externally as necessary for training preparations; work with the client to determine agenda, recommended attendance and overall logistical planning
- Facilitate training classes with sensitivity to group dynamics and current star rating level to create a positive and motivating learning environment
- Do follow up consultation with the client to determine future needs regarding training; provide integral support in retaining and obtaining future business
- Perform various administrative tasks
