Essential Functions:

CAS2Net 2.0 System Administrator & Agile Process Facilitator

System Administration & User Support

  • Analyze and resolve CAS2Net 2.0 user issues by responding to inquiries, performing system configurations, and fulfilling data administration requests.

  • Provide direct user guidance through communication, job aids, and reference materials to optimize system functionality.

  • Maintain and regularly update the CAS2Net 2.0 User Guide to reflect system enhancements and policy changes.

Training & Documentation Management

  • Review and provide feedback on training materials to ensure consistency with system functionality and AcqDemo policies.

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) for system users and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, release notes, and policy advisories for stakeholder engagement.

Agile Process Facilitation & System Enhancement

  • Facilitate biweekly agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring prioritization of development tasks.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating with testers and communicating validated results to development teams.

  • Work closely with development teams to implement and test new system features aligned with program objectives.

Data Reporting & Workforce Analysis

  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and business intelligence tools to compile monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce demographic reports.

  • Publish relevant updates on the official AcqDemo website to maintain transparency and program performance metrics.

Qualifications

Conditions of Employment

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodology with the ability to support iterative sprint cycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to create and maintain training materials, guides, reports, and official communications.
  • Experience with HTML, SharePoint, or other web development and content management tools.
