Position Summary:Â
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO of Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, as well as light assistance to his wife and adult children (ages 31, 29, and 27), all of whom play integral roles in the family business. This role includes managing the CEO’s professional and personal calendar, performing light bookkeeping, handling personal bill payments, and supporting our short-term retail program (including our bed and breakfast) with administrative tasks. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the company’s accounting department to maintain corporate business records, contracts, leases, and general business activities (excluding accounts receivable and accounts payable).Â
The Executive Personal Assistant will also provide supportive communication with corporate attorneys and the CEO’s personal accounting firm as needed. The role focuses on maintaining organized tax-related expenses and information, assisting with personal tax filings, and ensuring clear and efficient communication on behalf of the CEO while not serving as the primary liaison for legal or accounting matters.Â
