Description

Purpose:

The clinician is an essential role within EHOB that combines clinical expertise with product knowledge to enhance outcomes for both patients and caregivers in the areas of pressure injury prevention (PIP) and safe patient handling and mobility (SPHM).

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Support EHOB's Customers and Sales Team. Verbal, written, and virtual communication methods as well as on-site assessments and education are integral parts of the EHOB Clinician role.

· Assist in the awareness and understanding of preventing pressure injuries and caregiver injuries, the Clinician will also develop and present educational materials and share best practice guidelines with groups of clinicians.

· Participate in Sales Training as needed for onboarding and product development.

· Plays a key role in each phase of the product lifecycle ensuring each offering meets clinical standards for patient and caregiver efficacy and safety.

· Actively participate in the product development process by conducting research as necessary to guarantee the clinical effectiveness and safety of new concepts and prototypes.

· Responsible for following the product design process and meeting established timelines, as well as recordkeeping, maintaining compliance with scientific and government regulations, and executing the premarket clinical validation process for product prototypes.

· Support Marketing tactics by providing clinical content, editing, and creation of Clinical marketing deliverables.

· Assist in the development of clinical collateral as well as coordination and implementation of Clinical initiatives that support business objectives.

· Assist in the development of educational posters to help educate clinicians and caregivers, as well as maintain and grow the business.

· Participate in national conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best-practices, foster professional development, and bolster Sales and Marketing endeavors

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and usability

· Up To 30% Travel

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Strong clinical background - Safe Patient Handling and Mobility and Pressure Injury Prevention experience preferred

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Ability to speak and present in diverse settings with individuals, small or large groups

· Industry experience preferred

· Ability to function independently while working as part of a larger team

· Strong attention to detail

· Acute Care experience preferred

· Microsoft Office proficient

· Presentation skills

 

Minimum Qualifications

· Must be a Registered Nurse

· Bachelors level degree from an accredited institution

· Minimum of 5 years patient care experience

· Travel required (30%)
