Mayvin is seeking Program Analysts to support our U.S. Marshals Service contract in several divisions, such as Judicial Security, Procurement, and the Office of the Director. The Program Analyst will evaluate and enhance organizational programs, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and achieve objectives. A Program Analyst may be tasked to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to optimize resource allocation and program effectiveness. The Program Analyst may also develop new policies, procedures, and systems. This role may assist in the intelligence, financial, or technology program areas and require a clearance. Â

Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and reporting—Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and prepare reports for high-level briefings
- Program Evaluation - Evaluate program effectiveness, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements
- Process Improvement - Identify and implement changes to optimize operations, enhancing efficiency and clarity
- Policy and Procedure Development - Draft, revise, and implement new or existing policies and procedures
- Budget Management - Oversee program budgets, track spending, and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities
- Technical Expertise - Demonstrates a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and related technologies for designing databases and systems
- Communication and Collaboration - Share findings and recommendations with management and stakeholders, and work with other departments
