Mayvin is seeking a Program Manager – Electronic Warfare (EW) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expertise and guidance in Electronic Warfare, ensuring effective program management and technical oversight. This position requires in-depth knowledge of product selection, architecture, system design, engineering, and intelligence systems while integrating security, operational, and analytical disciplines. The position will be responsible for ensuring adherence to functional design specifications and program requirements while coordinating with project stakeholders. The position is onsite and supports USSOCOM on Ft. Bragg, NC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management expertise in Electronic Warfare to support USSOCOM initiatives.
  • Offer guidance in product selection, system architecture, and engineering within the EW domain.
  • Ensure compliance with functional design specifications and program requirements.
  • Support C5ISR systems, security, reliability, maintainability, and life cycle cost management.
  • Direct technical personnel to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure proper documentation, specifications, and resolution of design challenges.
  • Develop and present reports, briefings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in program management
  • Strong understanding of USSOCOM mission sets and operational requirements.
  • Experience in life cycle cost management, system reliability, and maintainability.
  • Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and technical personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electronic Warfare (EW) acquisition experience supporting USSOCOM
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, test & evaluation, and risk management.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) / DAWIA Level III certification
