Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter & HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and general HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will be proactive in attracting top talent while also supporting key HR initiatives such as employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

HR Generalist Functions:

  • Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in benefits administration, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Other Duties:

  • Assist in payroll processing and HRIS data entry as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Recruiting for manufacturing, retail and other professional roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment.
