About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Podcast, Public Relations & Social Media Manager, to lead and execute high-impact storytelling across owned, earned, and social media channels. This full-time, Pittsburgh-based role will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer while coordinating closely with our Director of Marketing and play a key role in elevating the visibility of Forever® and its leadership through media relations, digital engagement, and the FOREVER with Glen Meakem video podcast.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Podcast Management – FOREVER with Glen Meakem
- Lead the end-to-end production and promotion of Forever’s flagship video podcast, FOREVER with Glen Meakem.
- Develop editorial calendars, book high-quality guests, prepare interview materials, and manage pre- and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with our internal production team to ensure excellence in video/audio quality, publishing, and distribution.
- Maximize podcast reach and impact across YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
Public Relations & Thought Leadership
- Build and execute a strategic PR plan to raise brand awareness and position Forever® as a category leader.
- Cultivate relationships with national, regional, and niche media outlets, especially in tech, lifestyle, family, genealogy, and memory-keeping spaces.
- Draft and distribute press releases, pitches, op-eds, executive bios, and award submissions.
- Identify and secure speaking engagements, interviews, and editorial opportunities for our CEO and other executives.

Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
- Partner with other members of our Marketing team to manage Forever’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a content strategy and publishing calendar aligned with company goals and key campaigns.
- Create or coordinate production of engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and continuously optimize content and engagement strategy.
Actively manage and grow community relationships, including moderating comments and responding to messages.
