We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our fleet customers, handling high volumes of calls and emails in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong data entry abilities, and a customer-first attitude. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into an inside sales or operations role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to approximately 50-100 customer calls and emails daily
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Log all customer interactions into the CRM system with precision and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication
- Maintain organized records and uphold attention to detail in every customer interaction
