Position: Aldo's Café Manager
Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: With tips, $14-$25/hour
Availability Expectations: 7am-5pm with some flexibility.

About Position:
The Café Manager effectively run the café during their shift with excellent leadership of the staff in all aspects of service. We want them to live and breathe hospitality, communicate well with all staff, ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations, field and fix any guest issues, train and direct staff, and other duties as assigned. A successful Café Manager is attentive to details, friendly, and leads by example. This position must be a hands-on leader who loves working with people. The Café Manager must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
