About Position:
The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant operation, including the FOH, BOH, training, finance, payroll, and employee development. The GM must meet or exceed budget goals including revenue, profit, and cost control. The GM is responsible for the oversight of all marketing, promotion, training, hospitality, and the overall health of the business.  Â
