REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- MUST be willing to work ON-SITE, M-F 8am-5pm
- MUST have 1-3 years' experience in a business setting, preferably in Sales or Customer Service.
- MUST have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google (Gmail, Sheets, Google Drive, etc. )
- SAP or AS400 experience is highly preferred, but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Correspond with customers, sales, production, quality and other necessary departments to obtain orders, answer questions and resolve issues.
- Process orders from entry to shipment
- Answer inquiries from both internal and external parties.
- Maintain sales and customer service reports and files.
- Assist Sales Team as necessary.
- Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
- Take functional guidance from the Sales Coordinator.
- Be Aware of Aquafil’s Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisors if further explanation is needed).
- Regular office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
