Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (multiple clinic sites)

Position Overview

Under indirect supervision and working interdependently with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, our mid-level providers deliver a broad range of services following established policies and protocols.

This is a dynamic role where you will see diverse patients, apply strong clinical judgment, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and document findings.

  • Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and radiology studies.

  • Perform therapeutic procedures within scope of practice.

  • Chart patient encounters, write orders, and record progress notes.

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

  • Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and utilization review activities.

  • Supervise and provide feedback to student nurse practitioners in a clinical setting.

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Adapt to patient flow and operational demands while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.

  • Current licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Demonstrated competence in urgent/emergency care and handling clinical emergencies.

  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
