Fitness Connection is looking for exceptional leaders to join our team as a member of the sales team ($50K-$70K), a pivotal role designed to develop into Sales Manager and ultimately Club Manager positions. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience from military service or competitive coaching, demonstrating the ability to create and nurture an empowering team culture. As a Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving team success through hands-on leadership, exemplary sales performance, and strategic team development.
Working a set schedule of 40-45 hours per week including evenings and weekends, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your ability to generate leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and most importantly, develop and mentor your team members to achieve their full potential. What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and lead a team of Fitness Consultants, setting high standards and leading by example to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Drive Results: Manage daily sales operations, achieving club and personal revenue goals across memberships, services, and the Proshop (retail).
- Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and promote team members, focusing on developing high-potential talent and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Strategize and Execute: Implement proactive sales strategies and adjust in real time to meet business needs. Plan and promote special events to maximize engagement and sales.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain the high standards of Fitness Connection in club appearance, maintenance, and consistent retail program execution.
Who We're Looking For:
- A seasoned leader with at least 12 months of experience in sales management with full cycle sales process.
- A strategic thinker with a proven record of driving sales and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology systems, with a quick adaptability to new systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Fitness Connection is now hiring for a Sales Manager position. The Sales Manager provides daily, weekly, and monthly direction for our Fitness Consultant team, driving new members to change lives through fitness. The SM must lead by example in creating and maintaining a strong sales culture in his/her club and be a team player who believes in the power of changing lives through fitness.
