Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Surgical residency trained and board-certified (ACVS or ECVS)
- Licensed or license-eligible in Wisconsin
- 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills focused on patient outcomes
- Passion for high-quality care and continued learning
