The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales strategies and driving profitable growth within an assigned regional territory. This role focuses on expanding market presence through new business development, supporting key distributor and operator accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure retention and growth. The Regional Sales Representative works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales goals, build strong customer relationships, and promote Spring Glen’s products across foodservice distributors, key operators, industrial partners, and regional chain accounts.

Sales Execution & Account Growth
· Implements regional sales plans and activities to meet assigned revenue and volume goals.
· Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners, operators, and regional chain customers.
· Identifies and secures new business opportunities within assigned territory.
· Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
· Conducts effective product presentations, tastings, and cuttings to highlight product quality and value.
· Manages account-level sales activities, including order follow-up, promotional support, and issue resolution.

Customer Engagement & Support
· Provides outstanding service to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring timely response and communication.
· Collaborates with internal departments (Customer Service, Operations, and Finance) to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
· Participates in business reviews and supports data collection and preparation for key account meetings.

Market Awareness & Reporting
· Monitors competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
· Reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights through CRM tools and regular updates to management.
· Assists in maintaining accurate sales forecasts and territory performance metrics.

· Works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to align territory initiatives with broader regional and corporate objectives.
· Shares insights and best practices with peers to drive continuous improvement and team success.
· Supports execution of regional and national sales programs, trade shows, and promotional events.
