YOUR ROLE: We are seeking a results‑driven Affiliate & Sponsorship Marketing Manager to build a revenue engine for CatholicVote as an important linchpin to funding new programming. Your first priority will be to source, negotiate, and manage sponsorship deals that pre‑fund content and expand our mission. You will also launch our affiliate program on Impact.com, recruiting partners and defining commission structures. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who can hunt for sponsors, create compelling offers, and deliver measurable growth through both sponsorships and affiliates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead sponsorship acquisition and management. Identify potential sponsors, craft partnership packages tied to key initiatives, negotiate terms, and close deals that pre‑fund new content. Manage ongoing sponsor relationships to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Build and scale our affiliate program. Set up Impact.com, recruit high‑value affiliates (influencers, creators, publishers), define commission structures, and ensure that partners have the tools they need to succeed. Track performance and optimize commission tiers to maximize revenue.
- Drive partner growth and performance. Collaborate with our social media manager, video editor, ad sales manager and analytics consultant to integrate partnerships into campaigns. Monitor key metrics (ROI, conversions, incremental revenue), conduct A/B tests and creative iterations, and adjust offers based on data.
- Maintain brand compliance and ethics. Uphold CatholicVote’s values in all partnerships and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and privacy regulations.
- (Optional) Integrate CRM & attribution. Work with our tech and analytics team to house partner data in HubSpot and link Impact.com results to Google Analytics for accurate attribution. Experience with HubSpot is a plus but not required.
- Stay ahead of trends. Keep abreast of affiliate and sponsorship best practices, propose innovative partnership ideas, and ensure CatholicVote remains a leader in mission‑aligned marketing.
