You will partner directly with hiring managers and company leadership to understand their unique hiring needs and then execute the strategy to identify and attract top talent.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, social media, outreach groups, etc
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels including employee referrals, networking, and internal databases,
- Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Paycom) while maintaining data integrity.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate excitement during the selection process
