Park Inc is a high-energy, fast paced, and talented organization that prides itself on having a world class team that provides the best-in-class experience for our customers. We are experiencing explosive growth as a company and have an immediate need for a part-time full-cycle recruiter.

You will partner directly with hiring managers and company leadership to understand their unique hiring needs and then execute the strategy to identify and attract top talent.

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, social media, outreach groups, etc
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels including employee referrals, networking, and internal databases,
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Paycom) while maintaining data integrity.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate excitement during the selection process
  • Promote and execute our Core Values

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce.
  • A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In fact, at times you'll feel a bit like a Copywriter as you'll be upscaling job descriptions and writing engaging messages to candidates.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (we use Paycom).
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AAP, EEO, and OFCCP compliance.
