What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll provide personalized, high-quality support to 1–3 clients in a home setting, including:

Assisting with daily routines like hygiene, meals, mobility, and communication

Engaging clients in meaningful, fun activities at home and in the community

Providing transportation using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)

Assisting with medication administration and accurate documentation
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

Following all health, safety, and care protocols with integrity

Upholding each individual’s rights under the ADA with dignity and respect

Completing paid training and required certifications

We offer a wide range of shift options across different homes—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight hours.

If you're reliable, compassionate, and looking for meaningful work, we’d love to meet you! As a DSP, you'll play an essential role in helping our clients live more independently and fully.
Reliability Matters
Because the individuals we support rely on consistent, one-on-one care, strong attendance and punctuality are essential requirements for this position. In most cases, you’ll be the only staff member scheduled during your shift — your presence directly impacts the safety, well-being, and stability of those in your care.
We understand that life happens, but frequent callouts or tardiness cannot be accommodated in this role. If you’re dependable and take pride in showing up for others, you’ll thrive here.
