F4L is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home near Bountiful, Utah.

If you're reliable, compassionate, and looking for meaningful work, we’d love to meet you! As a DSP, you'll play an essential role in helping our clients live more independently and fully.


What You'll Do

  • Support 1–3 clients in a home setting

  • Help with daily routines: hygiene, meals, mobility, communication

  • Engage in fun and purposeful activities at home and in the community

  • Provide transportation using your personal vehicle

  • Assist with medication administration and documentation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

  • Follow all safety and care protocols

  • Uphold client rights under the ADA

  • Complete paid training and required certifications


Shifts Available

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Swing: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Graveyard: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old

  • Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID

  • Valid Social Security card

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Physically able to assist with mobility and daily tasks
