F4L is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home near Bountiful, Utah.
If you're reliable, compassionate, and looking for meaningful work, we’d love to meet you! As a DSP, you'll play an essential role in helping our clients live more independently and fully.
What You'll Do
-
Support 1–3 clients in a home setting

Help with daily routines: hygiene, meals, mobility, communication

Engage in fun and purposeful activities at home and in the community

Provide transportation using your personal vehicle
-
Assist with medication administration and documentation
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
-
Follow all safety and care protocols
-
Uphold client rights under the ADA
-
Complete paid training and required certifications
Shifts Available
-
Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Swing: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
-
Graveyard: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
-
Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
-
Valid Social Security card
-
Ability to pass a background check
-
Physically able to assist with mobility and daily tasks
