F4L is hiring a House Manager to oversee daily operations in one of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bountiful, Utah.
As a House Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role—providing direct care, guiding staff, coordinating with families and nurses, and ensuring a safe, clean, and joyful living environment for our clients.
What You’ll Do

Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) within the home

Provide hands-on support with hygiene, meals, mobility, medication, and daily routines

Schedule and manage shift coverage

Communicate with guardians, support coordinators, and nursing team

Monitor progress on client goals and ensure accurate documentation

Train and mentor new staff

Oversee cleanliness, safety, and household supplies

Attend management meetings and relay updates to your team
Schedule

Full-time, flexible schedule

Must be available for occasional on-call support

Some evenings and weekends required depending on client and team needs
Pay & Perks

Starting Pay: $18.00–$23.40/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
-
Prior experience in direct care or disability services preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid Food Handler’s Permit
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet physical requirements of the job
