House Manager - Bountiful, UT

F4L is hiring a House Manager to oversee daily operations in one of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bountiful, Utah.

As a House Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role—providing direct care, guiding staff, coordinating with families and nurses, and ensuring a safe, clean, and joyful living environment for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) within the home

• Provide hands-on support with hygiene, meals, mobility, medication, and daily routines

• Schedule and manage shift coverage

• Communicate with guardians, support coordinators, and nursing team

• Monitor progress on client goals and ensure accurate documentation

• Train and mentor new staff

• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and household supplies

• Attend management meetings and relay updates to your team

Schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule

• Must be available for occasional on-call support

• Some evenings and weekends required depending on client and team needs

Pay & Perks

• Starting Pay: $18.00–$23.40/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Prior experience in direct care or disability services preferred

  • 2+ years of DSP experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus

  • 1+ year of House Manager or team lead experience in a residential setting

• Current CPR certification

• Valid Food Handler’s Permit

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass a background check and meet physical requirements of the job
