Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of food products. This role manages shift employees, coordinates shipments, and enforces food safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in logistics or food distribution.
What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Ensure day-to-day activities are completed.
- Product rotation is being implemented.
- Maintain employees' hours daily - monitor overtime.
- Ensure working areas are maintained for the next shift.
- Maintain the safety, quality, and legality of food products.
Things you need to be able to do:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines and be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Carry up to 50 lbs. Push/Pull up to 30 lbs. of force.
- Ascend and descend a step with a height of 10 in. From the floor.
- Able to work in cold environment for an extended period of time.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to reach bend.

Things that are a plus:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3-5 years warehouse and forklift experience
- Must have a complete understanding of all aspects of shift operation.
- Pallet jack certification and forklift certification are recommended
