As a Warehouse Supervisor at Gourmet Foods International, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and safe handling of food products. You’ll manage shift employees, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and uphold all food safety and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in logistics or food distribution, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Implement and monitor product rotation procedures to support inventory integrity.
- Track and manage employee work hours and monitor overtime.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-prepared for the next shift.
- Uphold all standards related to the safety, quality, and legality of food products.
- Support the team in meeting performance goals and ensuring productivity.
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
Things you need to be able to do:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, carry up to 50 lbs, and push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to reach bend.

Things that are a plus:
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of shift operations.
