You will play a key role in supporting cost management strategies that improve operational efficiency and enhance overall financial performance. This position requires a strong background in cost analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
• Reviewing and responding to requests from Sales to provide accurate costs using updated logistics data and supplier information.
• Monitoring Supplier Cost Change submissions, checking for off-schedule requests, foreign-currency submissions, and incomplete data.
• Providing supplier support through Zendesk for cost change inquiries.
• Reviewing and categorizing emails in the Costing mailbox, including evaluating PO–Invoice discrepancies, filing cost change emails, and completing other support tasks.
• Collaborating with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to gather, clean, and validate data for cost management projects.
• Supporting the Cost Management Specialist with ongoing projects, progress monitoring, and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Things that are a plus:
• Experience analyzing multiple data sources for decision-making.
• Previous experience providing support to both internal teams and external partners.
• Background in cost accounting, procurement, or supply chain preferred.
• bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
