Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting with CPA/MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance
- Experience in Public Accounting preferred
- Practical knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Preparing error-free accounting reports
- Financial modeling and cost accounting
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (Netsuite preferred)
- Prior experience dealing with Internal Auditors/External Auditors/DCAA and DCMA preferred
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Must be able and willing to operate against stringent deadlines with accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work and manage using conceptual judgment and initiative in dealing with complex financial issues.
- Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
- Must be committed to a “service oriented” mentality in supporting programs and business units
- Cooperative attitude
- Must be able to work with confidential data, which if disclosed, might have significant internal and external impact on the organization.
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, including advanced Excel experience
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must always uphold the highest level of personal and professional integrity
