SUMMARY
We're hiring a hands-on Electronics Technician to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting PCBs, soldering components, and using real diagnostic tools (like oscilloscopes and multimeters), this is a great fit. The Electronics Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products using schematics, drawings, and procedures. This role also supports new product implementation, including changes to production processes, documentation, and training.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required

Associate degree in a related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

Hands-on soldering experience strongly preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Troubleshoot PCB assemblies and repair.
- Calibrate and test all electronic products to ensure performance standards.
- Aid in implementation of all new products to include training other employees working with supervisor/manager to establish production procedures/process.
- Assemble products independently with minimal supervision.
- Understand and follow all general procedures for department and procedures assigned to position.
- Utilize automated test systems and pressure controllers.
- Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, hipot testers, meggers, and power supplies.
- Assemble all products with little to no supervision.
- All other functions/responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
YOU'LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

Experience assembling or testing PCB boards

The ability to read schematics or wiring diagrams

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIORNMENTÂ
This position requires regular work in an electronics lab and light manufacturing environment, where exposure to moderate noise levels, non-hazardous chemicals, and equipment testing is common. Employees may be exposed to temperature fluctuations and must wear appropriate PPE, such as safety glasses and/or safety shoes, when required.
Employees must be able to:

Stand, walk, handle/finger small components, reach outward, and reach above shoulder level frequently (up to 66% of the time).

Occasionally squat, kneel, bend, or assume other postures as needed (up to 33% of the time).

Lift or carry items weighing up to 20 lbs. and push/pull items up to 25 lbs., depending on the task.

Use precision testing tools and electronic instruments, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other diagnostic equipment.

Wear required PPE such as safety glasses at all times in designated work areas.
REQUIRED TRAINING
All required training is determined by the department supervisor and/or manager. Procedures critical to this position may be identified as such on the Department Training Matrixes, which are maintained by the Human Resources Department.
