Who You Are
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years’ experience in large scale, high-volume kitchen
- Strong ability to execute food prep production tasks with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong food safety and sanitation compliance experience
- Master in executing food prep production tasks with minimal / no supervision and guidance
- Master in reading and executing recipes accurately
- Master in executing all culinary competencies; Prep, Blixer, Hotline or Staging
- Strong communication skills to maintain consistent standards of excellence and performance.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with a cross-functional team
- Ability to adhere to company SOPs and implement new initiatives as needed
