Who You Are
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as is a minimum of 2+ years of warehouse receiving experience, preferably in a high-volume food production environment.
- Ability to work in cold environments, including freezers, and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Proficient in using tools such as scales, box cutters, and hand tools. Familiarity with food product materials and GMP manufacturing practices is preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capable of managing batch requirements and working under tight deadlines.
- State-designated Food Handlers Certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
