Who You Are
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Production Planning systems
- Advanced Google Suite skills, particularly Google Sheets for data management
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking systems
Core Competencies:
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple production cycles simultaneously and maintain structured workflows
- Analytical Skills: Assess risk levels, analyze throughput data, and make data-driven recommendations
- Communication Skills: Facilitate communication across Kitchen, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identify production risks, develop mitigation strategies, and execute contingency plans
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in data validation and cross-system reconciliation
- Leadership Skills: Coordinate teams and drive corrective actions without direct authority
