Direct Support Professional Warminster & Southampton

We’re seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a licensed group home. DSPs help individuals live independently while ensuring their safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily living activities (personal care, toileting, meals, cleaning).
• Administer medication
• Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.
• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and document progress.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid PA driver’s license
• Successful completion CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and other required training.
• Experience in human services is a plus, but not required
