Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a Risk Control Manager to support our Quality Assurance department in upholding Delta’s mission of delivering high-quality services to the individuals we serve. The Risk Control Manager is responsible for supporting the property and liability risks, loss control programs and coordination of hazard vulnerability analysis and ongoing quality improvement projects for Delta Community Supports and Delta Family Services. The Manager advises in the development and administration of risk management programs, assists in creating, modifying and implementing policies to comply with department compliance regulations, safety legislation and regulations along with industry best practices
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the agency-wide Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA).

Oversee workplace safety inspections, accident investigations, and claims analysis.

Partner with leadership, legal counsel, and insurance providers to assess and mitigate risks.

Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) staff to ensure program compliance and excellence.

Develop policies, procedures, and metrics to monitor performance and reduce risk exposure.

Support Health & Safety Committees in PA and NJ and act as liaison to management.

Analyze trends in workers’ compensation, liability, and property claims to drive improvements.

Promote continuous quality improvement, Six-Sigma, and performance-based initiatives.
