Marketing and Development Manager

The Marketing and Development Manager supports NKHS’s fundraising, communications, and community engagement efforts. This position develops and implements marketing strategies, manages brand communications, and prepares grant proposals to promote organizational growth and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community platforms.
• Oversee NKHS’s brand identity, social media, and public communications.
• Research and prepare grant applications, proposals, and funding reports.
• Maintain donor and funding databases.
• Plan and support fundraising and community events.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or development, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
• Experience with grant writing and donor databases preferred.
