Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working as a line cook in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and managers
- Ability to memorize and follow recipes, accurately measure ingredients, and adhere to food preparation guidelines
- Demonstrated skill in knife handling and proficiency with kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
- A valid Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain during training as required by law)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for duration of shift
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting while ensuring high-quality results
