Qualifications:
- 2+ years in high-volume management role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and superior decision-making skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands, including weekends nights, and holidays
- Experience overseeing a union workforce preferred
