Adjunct Professor of PA

Description: Charleston Southern University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor of Physician Assistant Studies to lead a small group in the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) course in the PA Program. Part-time adjuncts are contracted term-by-term based on course need and availability. Charleston Southern seeks candidates who are professing Christians committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. 

Responsibilities: Preparing for cases in advance of meetings.  Leading a small group of didactic PA students in meaningful dialogue to develop clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills across all disciplines of medicine. Demonstrate excellent classroom management.

Qualifications: This position requires contemporary experience and/or expertise in the assigned content areas. The ideal candidate would be an MD, DO, or PA who has clinical experience and/or academic experience in a PA program.
