About Big SNOW:
Big SNOW is the North America’s first and only real snow, indoor, year-round ski and snowboard resort. We share our passion of sliding on snow with our guests.
How the Snow Ambassador works with the Team:
Introduce skiing or snowboarding to adults and children who are eager to learn the enjoyment of snow sports. Instructors create a fun and safe learning environment ensuring the guest has a memorable experience.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Teach adults and children, of varying abilities, lessons through our Terrain Based Learning program and Camp BIG kids camp.
- Helping the guests through learning experience and assisting with any questions.
- Serves as an ambassador for the facility by being knowledgeable on Big SNOW and products.
- Assist other trails as needed.
