Key Responsibilities 

  • Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers clearly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and transparent buying experience. 

  • Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining lender guidelines and compliance with state and federal regulations. 

  • Secure approvals through a variety of lenders and establish strong working relationships with financial institutions. 

  • Maintain current knowledge of available financing programs, extended warranties, insurance options, and other products. 

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership policies and legal requirements. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize deal flow and support a seamless customer journey from sales to finance. 

  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective product presentations and upselling of finance and insurance products. 

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, lender programs, and changes in compliance regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager, preferably in a dealership environment. 

  • Strong understanding of automotive financing processes, lender relations, and regulatory compliance. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. 

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals and deadlines. 

  • Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools. 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
